Maddison + Dae // Utah State Capitol Building

Madison and Dae’s day at the Utah State Capitol was one of pure grandeur. The juxtaposition subtle, soft texture from the florals and the smooth marble of the capitol just embodied elegance. Soft whites and tans with La Belle Époque tulips, the local spirea and those little white details tied it all together while the striped touches in the linens and the vessels added quiet personality to a more minimalistic color palette. Madison and Dae were so kind throughout the whole process, and I felt lucky to bring their vision to life, especially surrounded by all that beauty.

The florals were all about understated elegance: soft whites and tans with these La Belle Époque tulips (which were just perfection). We had local spirea that gave a natural texture, and those little white details tied it all together. I’ll never forget the striped touches in the linens and the vessels—it added this quiet personality.
