Something Blue // A French Countryside Spring

Early spring in the French countryside has a softness to it that continuues to be an inspiration of our floral designs. Inspired by French blue and the natural abundance of spring, this design was meant to feel organic and effortless, like florals growing freely rather than being placed. The palette nodded to the timeless wedding tradition of something borrowed, something blue, interpreted through layered tones, movement, and texture instead of formality.

Each floral choice was made with seasonality and restraint in mind, allowing the installation to feel romantic and lived-in. Soft blues and gentle neutrals worked together to create depth without heaviness an approach rooted in the ease of countryside gardens rather than structured design.

We collaborated with Maggie Sottero Designs to showcase several of their French-inspired wedding gowns, whose balance of structure and softness echoed the florals beautifully. Together, the dresses and installation created a vision that felt timeless, romantic, and quietly intentional an interpretation of spring that lingers rather than demands attention
