Pastel Spring Bouquet // The Art of a Sensory Bouquet

A bridal bouquet is often the most personal floral detail of a wedding day, and for this spring bride, we focused on getting both the texture and the essence just right. From the beginning, our goal was to create something thoughtful, romantic, and immersive - not only visually, but sensorially as well.

We grounded the design in two of the season’s most fragrant blooms: garden roses and sweet peas. Their natural perfume became the foundation of the bouquet, creating a soft, lingering scent that felt unmistakably spring and deeply romantic.

A big part of the process involved bouquet mockups, allowing us to explore different rose varieties, from delicate spray roses to fuller garden roses, until we found the right balance of shape, movement, and palette. Sweet peas were layered in gently, adding an airy, ruffled texture and a sense of softness and motion that kept the design feeling light and organic.

The final bouquet came together slightly unstructured and natural, capturing the freshness and subtle fragrance of a perfect spring day. Designed with intention and restraint, it’s a reminder that the most timeless spring wedding bouquets come from slowing down, experimenting, and allowing the details like texture and movement to truly matter.
